Relaxation Massage
This is a full body massage. It is bodywork using light to medium pressure. I use an array of strokes such as effleurage, kneading, and friction to help the body improve its circulation. This stimulates the receptors within the body that cause the dilation of blood vessels. The dilation of blood vessels increases the blood flow to tissues, delivering oxygen and nutrients.
The benefits of this type of bodywork include decreased stress and anxiety levels in the body and enhances good sleep.
Therapeutic Massage
This is NOT a full body massage. I will target the specific area where you are having pain. It is bodywork using deep heavy pressure. I use an array of techniques such as rolling, friction, and static pressure to relax tense muscles. This improves joint mobility and range of motion.
The benefits of this type of bodywork include relief from aches and pains to improve flexibility & range of motion.
Good vibrations
This is a full body massage. I use a hand held machine to deliver the vibrations. It’s your option to listen to Chakra cleansing music with some guided meditation. You will remain fully dressed. Vibration massage offers several benefits such as improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, pain relief, and emotional well-being. This improved circulation can also benefit overall cardiovascular health and enhance the recovery from exercise and promote spiritual growth.
